बार बेंडिंग शेड्यूल म्हणजे लोखंडी बार्सची लांबी, आकार, वजन आणि त्यांचा प्रकार याची सूची तयार करण्याची एक पद्धत. यामुळे स्ट्रक्चरल कॉम्पोनन्टमध्ये लागणाऱ्या स्टीलचं अचूक प्रमाण आणि त्याची आवश्यकता सोप्या पद्धतीने समजते. बार बेंडिंग शेड्यूल बांधकाम क्षेत्रातील महत्त्वाचा भाग आहे, जो वेळ आणि खर्च वाचवण्यासाठी अत्यंत उपयुक्त ठरतो.

1. बारची लांबी मोजण्याचे सूत्र (Length of Bar)

बारच्या लांबीचे गणित हे रेखाटनामध्ये दिलेल्या मोजमापांवर आधारित असते.

L = (Clear Span) + (Development Length) + (Hook Length)

• Clear Span: म्हणजे मुख्य कॉम्पोनन्टमधील मोकळे अंतर.
• Development Length (Ld): बारचा मजबूत धरून ठेवण्यासाठी लागणारी लांबी.
• Hook Length: बारच्या टोकाला तयार केलेल्या हुकची लांबी.

2. वजने मोजण्यासाठी सूत्र (Weight of Bar)

बारच्या वजनासाठी एक साधे सूत्र वापरले जाते:

W = (D²/162) × L

• W: बारचे वजन (किलोमध्ये)
• D: बारचा व्यास (मिमीमध्ये)
• L: बारची लांबी (मीटरमध्ये)

उदाहरण:

जर 12 मिमी व्यासाचा आणि 6 मीटर लांबीचा बार असेल, तर:

W = (12²/162) × 6
W = 5.33 किलो

3. स्टिरप्ससाठी लांबीचे सूत्र (Length of Stirrup)

स्टिरप्स म्हणजे कॉलम किंवा बीममध्ये बार बांधण्यासाठी वापरले जाणारे चौकोनी किंवा आयताकृती फॉर्म.

L = 2 × (Length + Breadth) + 2 × Hook Length - Bend Deductions

• Bend Deductions: बार वळवल्यामुळे कमी होणाऱ्या लांबीची कपात केली जाते. साधारणतः प्रत्येक 90° वळणासाठी 2d कपात केली जाते (d = बारचा व्यास).

बेंड करताना बारची काही लांबी कमी होते. यासाठी पुढील मानक वापरले जाते:

• 45° Bend: 0.314 × D
• 90° Bend: 2D

बांधकाम कामगार व त्यांचे प्रकार ....

 बांधकाम कामगार हे कोणत्याही इमारतीच्या बांधकाम प्रक्रियेत अत्यंत महत्त्वाची भूमिका बजावतात. त्यांच्या मेहनतीमुळे संकल्पना प्रत्यक्ष बांधकामात रूपांतरित होते. बांधकाम कामगारांचे योगदान खालीलप्रमाणे असते:

1. मजूर (Labourers):

   • मजूर हे सामान्य कामगार असतात जे बांधकाम साहित्याचे उचलणे, हलविणे, मिक्सिंग (जसे सिमेंट मिक्स करणे) आणि कामाच्या जागेवर हलकी कामे करतात.
   • इमारतीच्या वेगवेगळ्या टप्प्यांवर सहाय्य करतात, जसे कि वाळू-सीमेंट मिक्सिंग, विटांची वाहतूक, आणि लहान-मोठी साफसफाईची कामे.

2. मिस्त्री (Mason):

   • इमारतीचे बांधकाम करण्यासाठी विटा, सिमेंट, कंक्रीट यांचा वापर करून भिंती बांधणे, प्लास्टर करणे, आणि इतर स्ट्रक्चरल कामे करतात.
   • फाउंडेशनपासून (पायाभरणी) ते इमारतीच्या पूर्ण बांधकामापर्यंतचे कार्य हाताळतात.

3. कारागीर (Skilled Workers):

   • हे विशिष्ट कौशल्य असलेले कामगार असतात, जसे की प्लंबिंग, इलेक्ट्रिकल फिटिंग, टाइल्स बसवणे, आणि गॅस फिटिंग करणे.
   • प्रत्येक कारागीर आपापल्या कामात निपुण असतो आणि बांधकामाच्या अंतिम टप्प्यांवर (फिनिशिंग) योगदान देतो.

4. लोहार (Steel Fixer):

   • स्ट्रक्चरल स्टीलच्या रॉड्स आणि बार्सची फिटिंग करतात.
   • कॉलम, बीम, स्लॅब यांच्यासाठी स्टीलचे बांधकाम करणे.

5. पेंटर (Painter):

   • इमारतीची अंतर्गत आणि बाह्य भिंतींना रंग देणे, डेकोरेटिव्ह पेंटिंग, पुट्टी लावणे आणि फिनिशिंग करणे.
   • इमारतीला आकर्षक आणि संरक्षित ठेवण्यासाठी पेंटचे काम करतात.

6. सुतार (Carpenter):

   • दरवाजे, खिडक्या, फर्निचर, फॉर्मवर्क (शटरिंग) तयार करणे.
   • इमारतीच्या फिनिशिंग आणि इंटीरियर डिझाइनमध्ये योगदान.

बांधकाम कामगारांच्या विविध कौशल्यांनीच इमारत प्रत्यक्षात उभी राहते. त्यांचे काम अचूक आणि कुशलतेने झाल्याशिवाय इमारतीची गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करता येत नाही.

 छोट्या इमारत बांधकामात विविध व्यक्ती आणि त्यांची भूमिका महत्त्वपूर्ण असते. प्रत्येक व्यक्तीचे कार्य वेगळे आणि आवश्यक असते. येथे त्यांच्या योगदानाबद्दल थोडक्यात माहिती दिली आहे:

1. Architect (वास्तुविशारद):

   - इमारतीचे संकल्पना, डिझाइन आणि लेआउट तयार करणे.

   - क्लायंटच्या आवश्यकतेनुसार डिझाइन विकसित करणे.

   - बांधकामात सौंदर्य, कार्यक्षमता आणि जागेचा योग्य वापर सुनिश्चित करणे.

   - सरकारी नियमांचे पालन आणि मंजुरीसाठी आवश्यक डिझाइनिंग करणे.

2. Structural Engineer (स्ट्रक्चरल इंजिनियर):

   - इमारतीची संरचना (structure) मजबूत आणि सुरक्षित असावी यासाठी जबाबदार असतो.

   - इमारतीच्या स्ट्रक्चरल डिझाइनमध्ये बीम, कॉलम, स्लॅब यांचे मोजमाप आणि सुरक्षिततेचे मापदंड निश्चित करणे.

   - विविध लोड्स (जसे की डेड लोड, लाईव्ह लोड, विंड लोड, सिस्मिक लोड) यांचा विचार करून स्ट्रक्चरल डिझाइन तयार करणे.

3. Site Engineer (साईट इंजिनियर):

   - बांधकाम साइटवर प्रत्यक्ष कामाचे व्यवस्थापन आणि देखरेख करणे.

   - काम वेळेवर आणि दर्जेदाररित्या पूर्ण होईल याची खात्री करणे.

   - कामाच्या प्रगतीचा अहवाल तयार करणे, कंत्राटदार आणि कामगारांशी समन्वय साधणे.

   - साइटवरील बांधकाम नियमानुसार चालू आहे याची खात्री करणे.

4. Contractor (कंत्राटदार):

   - संपूर्ण बांधकामाची जबाबदारी घेतो, जसे की कामगारांची व्यवस्था, बांधकाम साहित्याची खरेदी, आणि वेळेवर काम पूर्ण करणे.

   - डिझाइननुसार बांधकाम करणे आणि साईट इंजिनियरशी समन्वय साधणे.

   - कामाचे बजेट आणि खर्चाचे व्यवस्थापन करणे.

5. Material Supplier (साहित्य पुरवठादार):

   - बांधकामासाठी लागणारे साहित्य जसे की सिमेंट, वाळू, सळई (Steel), विटा, कच्चा माल इत्यादी पुरवतो.

   - बांधकाम साहित्य वेळेवर आणि योग्य दर्जाचे पुरवणे.

   - कंत्राटदार किंवा साइट इंजिनियरशी संपर्क साधून मालाचा पुरवठा करणे.

या सगळ्यांचे समन्वय आणि कार्यक्षमता इमारतीच्या गुणवत्तेवर आणि बांधकामाच्या यशस्वीतेवर प्रभाव टाकते.

Footing/ Foundation चे प्रकार

 नमस्कार मंडळी, 

Civil Engineering IIT, Pune मध्ये Lecture घेत असताना बरेच वेळा मला विध्यार्थ्यांकडून Footing आणि Foundation बद्दल तुमच्याकडून आम्हाला ऐकायला आवडेल अशी विनंती आली. 

चला तर मग आज याच विषयावर चर्चा करूया. 

मित्रांनो आपण सर्व जेव्हा आपल्या पायाकडे पाहतो तेव्हा असे दिसते कि आपला पंजा हा इतर पायापेक्षा आकाराने मोठा आणि पसरत आहे. तर हे असे का असावे. तर आपला भर हा सर्व ठिकाणी व्यवस्थित पसरला जावा आणि आपले पाय/ हाडे दुखू नयेत.

तसेच काहीसे आपल्या इमारतीच्या बाबतीत सुद्धा असते. तर आज आपण इमारतीसाठीच्या पायाचे प्रकार (Footing/Foundation) समजून  घेऊ.  

१. Isolated footing 

या प्रकारचे footing हे छोट्या इमारतीसाठी तसेच जेव्हा एका footing वर एकाच column चा लोड येणार असेल अश्या ठिकाणी वापरतात. या प्रकारच्या footing ला rib किंवा pad footing असे हि म्हणतात. Isolated footing आपण खालील प्रकारच्या आकारामध्ये बनवू शकतो. 

2. Strip Footing

या प्रकारचे footing हे लहान ते मध्यम आकाराच्या इमारतीसाठी वापरले जाते. या footing प्रकारामध्ये संपूर्ण मुख्य भिंतींच्या खाली footing दिलेले असते. जेव्हा मातीची दाब सहन करण्याची क्षमता चान्ली असेल तेव्हा या प्रकारचे footing वापरतात. या प्रकारचे footing बांधत असताना जमिनी मध्ये आवश्यक त्या मापाची चार मारून त्यामध्ये concrete करतात. 

३. Combined Footing 

जेव्हा दोन Column खूप जवळ जवळ असतील तर दोन्हीचे मिळून एकच footing केले जाते त्यास Combined Footing म्हणतात. इमारतीच्या सीमेलगत असणारे column काढताना सुद्द्धा याच प्रकारच्या  footing चा जास्तीत जास्त वापर होताना दिसतो. 

४. Mat or Raft Foundation

जेव्हा संपूर्ण इमारतीचा भर जमिनीवर एकत्र जावा असे अपेक्षित असते, तेव्हा अश्या प्रकारचे footing वापरतात. हे फूरिंग जेव्हा जमिनीची दाब सहन करण्याची क्षमता कमी असेल आणि जमिनीमध्ये पाण्याची पातळी खूप वर असेल अश्या ठिकाणी लाभदायक आहे. 

५. Step Foundation

जेव्हा एकादे बांधकाम हे उताराच्या जमिनीवर असते तेव्हा त्या बांधकामाला आधार देण्यासाठी हे अश्या प्रकारचे Foundation वापरतात.
